Frequently asked Q&A
1) Is there a specific time to come? Do I need an appointment?
No appointment needed! Come anytime during open hours 10-5. Occasionally we will browse your items on the spot, often we will take your items, name, and number, and call you once we've made our choices.
2) What happens with pieces that don't sell?
Since we buy your items upfront, we will not contact you to pick up unsold items.
Unsold items either find their way into our epic $5 bin, or get recirculated back into the community, donating to non-profit organizations, clothing swaps and school programs. Alternatively, some items are used for our up-cycled projects, aiming to be as resourceful as possible.
3) Can I simply donate clothing to your business?
Absolutely. We have had some great pieces graciously donated to us by folks of the community simply as a way to support our business. We appreciate these gestures! Even if you're choosing to donate, due to the size of our space, we still appreciate receiving just a few items at a time.
Friendly Reminders
We would kindly like to request all clothing coming into the store is in clean, like new condition, preferably recently laundered.
If you haven't yet been to our store front before, we encourage you to visit prior to bringing clothing. This will help you to get a feel for the items we may accept.
If we didn't choose anything from your bag this time, please do try again.
We strive to be mindful of keeping a range of sizes, and a well curated palate to offer the best selection we can for everyone.
