Policies & Returns


Our orders are generally shipped within 2 business days. For orders within Canada, shipping is a flat rate of $18 which includes tracking. For orders within Canada over $150, shipping is on us and still includes tracking! Please allow 5-7 days for your package to arrive once you have received your shipping notification. For orders to the US, shipping is a flat rate of $25, tracking included. Please allow 5-8 days for your package to arrive once you have received your shipping notification!
For shipping outside of Canada or US, please contact us at to inquire about your order and rate! We would be happy to send you a quote!
The correct address is the responsibility of the customer.


If you live locally, but have a busy schedule, we would happily direct you to our FREE delivery option! This FREE service is available to all addresses within a 10km radius from our brick and mortar! To see if you are eligible, simply select "shipping" at check out, then enter your address. If you are within the 10km radius, the delivery option will appear. We'd love to bring your goods right to your door!

Alternatively if you live locally but prefer shopping from the comfort of your home, you may choose our in-store pickup option. Simply purchase your goods online and pick up from our brick and mortar anytime within our open hours— Currently operating Monday-Saturday 10am-5pm. Once your order is packed and ready, you will receive a "pickup" notification via email. Simply let us know upon arrival, that you have an online order ready for pickup, and what name the order will be under. Online orders placed under the pickup option are generally ready within 1 business day.


We stand fully behind the integrity of the goods we offer, and it is important to us that you love your received/purchased items. To ensure you can shop with SpruceBabe with a sense of ease, we accept full returns within 14 days of the delivery/pickup date— This time frame ensures seasonal and display relevancy of the item. 
Items returned to us in original, re-sellable condition qualify for a full refund as well as a refund on your original shipping or delivery charge if applicable. Customer is responsible to cover shipping when returning items for refund. Once the items are back in our possession, we will be in contact with you and process your refund.

Please notify us at if you intend to return your items.

For items that have been used and are not in re-sellable condition (example: opened face & body products) you are still eligible for a refund by contacting our email with a description as to why the product is being returned. This information is helpful for us and important to share with the original brand/company of the goods. We do still request the item to be sent or brought back prior to refund. Customer is responsible to cover shipping when returning items for refund. Once the items are back in our possession we will process your refund.
